WHAT DO I NEED TO ACCESS THE APP?

You’ll need either an iOS, Android or Amazon device that features our app and broadband internet.

Your TV will need to access the internet, so you’ll either need a wireless router (such as the BT Home Hub) or you’ll need a cable between the TV and your broadband router.


Watching the channels uses data from your broadband allowance, so if you plan to watch frequently, then we suggest you have an unlimited broadband package.

How do I access the app?

Once you’ve got your device connected to the internet, you’ll need to install our app.

How you do this will differ on different TVs, but you’ll usually need to go in to the app store for your TV and either search for ‘Gemporia’ or look for us in the Internet TV section.

You navigate through the app using the directional arrows on your remote control along with the ‘OK’ or ‘SELECT’ button to choose an item.

Do I have to enter credit card details.

DO I HAVE TO ENTER CREDIT CARD DETAILS?

You won’t need to enter your credit card number, or even an email address on the TV.

You set your account up and enter your credit card details here on Gemporia.com and simply pair your TV to it. When you place an order, you’ll just need to enter the ‘Gemporia PIN’ that you set and the three digit security code for your card.
