The ring is beautiful but have been let down on price because I paid an extra £43 because they sold the ring at a lower price on another show case I phoned up for a price pledge but gems won't give me price pledge because they said I should have phoned straight away which I didn't know which is unfair when iv been a customer of gems for 8years especially considering all the money I have spent at gems tv,I don't feel like gems value there customers anymore very unfair

Both rings I purchased had major faults and should not have passed quality control.
