The ring I now have is an exchange for the original one that was sent and is so much better than the first one which was a general muddy brown ... this one is the blue you expect from a turquoise stone. I was disappointed with the customer service though as I was told that there would be no point in my bothering to exchange the ring as they were all the same !!!! clearly not true as the 2nd was really nice , not the excellent customer service that Gems pride themselves on.
