We're delighted to announce that Gemporia has won a Feefo Gold Service Award for 2018. This means that across all the feedback we received through Feefo in 2018, we averaged a score of 4.5 out of 5 or higher for our service.
Our actual average score for 2018 in the US was 4.6 out of 5, so we wanted to say a big thank you to everyone who took the time to leave amazing feedback on Feefo last year. We really appreciate your generosity and time - we couldn't have done this without you.
Feefo is a third-party feedback gathering platform that allows Gemporia customers to leave honest and open feedback whenever they make a purchase from us. Because Feefo is a completely independent platform, feedback is unbiased and is only made up from verified purchases. Whenever you buy from Gemporia, you'll receive an email asking you to leave feedback a little while after you receive your jewellery, as long as we have your email address on file.
We find this feedback invaluable and we use it to maintain and improve our service and quality levels across the company. Feefo reviews can be left anonymously too, and all feedback is visible to our customers not only on our Feefo page here, but also integrated into our website product pages.
