I was so pleased to get my Retinol Serum. I've been without it for a while and missed it a lot.

Just like the tightening serum I could see a visible difference in my skin tone

Easy to apply. I’ve just started using this product so hoping for results

This retinol is amazing, the only one I have ever tried in my 70 years , that actually works.

Nice serum, I alternate this with a stronger oil based retinol. Just a note for Kati, as I know she reads these sometimes, the formulation for the Lashmax mascara is not lasting well. I don't wear make up that often and have found that both the brown and black Lashmax have dried up to unusable within a couple of months. Not a problem if you're using it every day, but for me I feel upset and that I've wasted my money as I've only been able to use them a handful of times. Such a shame as it's great on, is there any way you could tweak it so it doesn't dry out like this? Hope so :) I've had to throw both away.

Okay ''' once again over hyped like all the products, have used for over 3 months now can not see any difference to skin does not indicate % of retinol it's pleasant enough to use not too sticky but with postage added not a great deal when compared to high st. brands, in my opinion does not compare well to high end products so won't buy again

Fantastic serum.....love it !!!

I never thought I would use this in the 3 step program, but my skin feels amazing after using this product. Absorbs quickly, but is light and the smell is gorgeous and not overpowering.

This retinol serum is brilliant and does NOT need even a `light` Rose fragrance. I suffer with allergies and now have to go outside for a while after using it until the fragrance subsides. WHY does a face need to smell of rose overnight. PLEASE REMOVE IT!

Restocking as this retinol has improved my skin amazingly, so do not want to run out.

Easy application and makes skin feel tighter with less wrinkles. Loved it so much I’ve come back to get more. Can’t bear the thought of running out

I like the different kinds of serums I've bought - all are beneficial and as described.

This is a repeat purchase. Very good serum, getting visibly smoother skin after just a few days. Occasional breakout whilst skin is adjusting to retinol, but the smoothness of the skin is unreal. Make up looks so much better over my improved smooth skin and looks airbrushed now. I am almost 44 years old and without exaggeration, I look about 25 :) Many thanks Kati.

Magic in a bottle. Tried so many expensive serums as I was a beauty snob but this is by far the nicest, and by far the absolute best I have ever used. The results are terrific leaving the most soft silky skin imaginable.

This is a te-order - I love this product - it has made such a difference to my skin. It has been out of stock for a while so I am grabbing it whilst I can.

Absolute magic in a bottle as are all of Kati's serums. Makes skin feel like silk with no sticky residue. I have stocked up so I don't run out.

Wouldn't be without Vidage serums now, simply the best on the market for value and money. Not sticky and absorb immediately.

I have been using this serum for a couple of weeks now, as part of the full Visage serum routine and have to say I'm loving how my skin feels. I was a little skeptical but my goodness, knowing how good Visage is, I shouldn't have been. Beautiful packaging and excellent value for money. Very pleased : )

My skin feels softer, like it’s been looked after and cared for by a product that cares about it’s buyers. I’ve been using it less than a week and noticed the difference.

I began using the serum 2 days ago and my skin couldn't drink it in quick enough. It's a must in this heat.

VISAGE REFINE Retinol Serum - I can't comment on the product as still unused due to lack of instructions. I bought this mostly for my daughter. But Katie sweetie, you really need to include instructions for use as I can not remember how it is supposed to be used!. I can't gift them if they don't include instructions.🙁

Adore the feel of this serum. It is smooth and absorbs perfectly into the skin leaving it soft and nourished. My skin felt improved after the first application. The design of the bottle and packaging is high quality. I would highly recommend.

I have given this 5 stars because I trust visage products. I have only been using for a few days and need more time to give my results. That said my skin feels great from using other visage products.

Tried it and love it even my eldest daughter took one to try, and she loves it too. Am slowly but surely converting her to use the Visage range instead of the more expense brand she uses, and can honestly say she is converted after trying the texture and quality.

This is highly anticipated & I just started using this week. My skin already feels plumper & more 'bouncy' to the touch. Easy to use & doesn't sting, burn or anything. It feels cool on & not sticky. Fingers crossed the results keep coming.

I have not used this product for long, but I know the care that Kati puts into each product and trust that this will have long term benefits too.

don't know yet too early to ask. But, would like to say I'am not sure where they are find all this old stock of jewelry it must be coming out of the goody bags !!! The rest of the decent items are gone before you have a chance to see it on screen. Very aggravating when there are people with 2 and 3 items bought in 1 of a kind sales before you have chance to blink ( Trade I think no one can look at the wheel that quick ) when, on previous hours they have not put items on pre order to make it '' fair '' when they have 60'&70 of the items and all costing under £50 which is all there worth. WRONG WAY ROUND. Too many fingers in the pie now Gemporia. Gone to pot as far as I'am concerned they have 'LOST THE PLOT'.

I have been using this serum for five days and already, I don’t want to ever be without it. It glides on easily and skinks into my skin instantly leaving no sticky residue whatsoever. My skin feels plump and firm, but not tight. My only regret is not ordering extra bottles, so that I don’t ever run out. How Kati Elliot had created such a luxury, high end serum for the price charged, I will never know, but I’m mightily glad she has, otherwise, this level of skincare would be beyond my budget.

5 stars because Kati’s products are always first class. Still trying it out so no long term feedback as yet but makes skin wonderfully soft.

Have only been using this for 4 days so to early to see results. I don't like the smell and the presenter said there was no scent or very little so a bit disappointed that it smells, hence only 3 stars

I ordered 2 x Retinol and 1 x Vitamin C serum. What I received was the opposite of 1 x Retinol and 2 x Vitamin C serums. It would cost me just under £4 to return the wrong serum, so not happy.

My wife loves this product she has very sensitive skin and it has caused no skin irritation and she loves the way it makes her skin feel.

Oh my goodness this product is great you can feel the difference in only been using this for a few days and someone at work asked what I had done to my skin as it looks really good.

Thought I would give this a go, and followed Kati's instructions, and having sensitive skin had no reaction at all. Tried once overnight, and already friends & family saying they can notice a difference as yet again using Visage range my confidence is shining through.

Started using this and already my skin feels better.

Fantastic product easy to use nice texture and my skin loves it so now giving it time to see the difference.

I have never used serums before but after using them for a week now I will never be without. The difference they have made is noticable and I am totally converted.

Great product, great value

The presenter was very precise in the teaching of how and when to use the product. I have used it last night, put on a moisturiser with SPF additive this morning used my makeup which has SPF coverage in it. I reckon give me a couple of weeks and I am sure my skin will be wonderful. I will let you know !!!! Starting off 72 and wrinkled.

Amazing words can't describe how good it is. Sinks in to you skin real quick, non greasy and my skin is soooo smooth and soft. My only complaint is that when you do buy skin care you want to be able to buy it when you need it. However, visage sell out and takes months to come back. Not everyone can multi buy a years supply even with how amazing the price is which leads me, a Visage lover, to buy other products till they come back.

I only received this serum 2 days ago but I am really impressed with it. I'm a 69 year old woman who, since the age of 14, have always looked after my skin. The serum is absorbed into the skin quickly and is not sticky leaving the skin rejuvenated. I have patches of eczema on my face which do not readily absorb my skin care products but the serum seems to work in well. Hopefully, over time, my skin will glow a little brighter. Love visage makeup and skin care products. Fab value for money.
