Have paid double for a balm that doesn't work half as well. This balm is great as it doesn't taste or smell of coconut. It has a fresh peppermint smell when you put it on, It makes my lips hydrated and soft and I only apply it once but it keeps working all day.

Normally don't wear make up but in the past have used an expensive lip balm from GH, unfortunately it was too much for too little. At last Kati has given me the perfect balm. I hate coconut and all other balms seem to contain it. Not this one, glides on easily, not sticky or greasy and very, very subtle taste. Cannot believe the price and a good amount, not that you need very much to get soft, moist lips. NEVER stop making it or alter it its PERFECTION. 5 stars not enough.

I bought 2 of these, sadly on opening one of them was broken but these things happen. I just took a photo and emailed the helpline and within a few hours I had a response and confirmation a replacement was being sent - you can not ask for better than that. The coral is my favourite of the colours (I also bought the rose and natural), it just gives a lovely slick of warm gentle colour - I love it. Also and more importantly it is soothing and I have noticed a positive difference in only a few days on my dry lips. I will certainly buy more.

I did not think I would use this as much as the coloured ones but I was so wrong. I use it during the day but particularly each night. I have been suffering from very dry lips and this has made a positive difference in only 3-4 days. Will certainly buy more including the coloured versions.
