Don't know as I have not recieved this yet, along with the rest of this order which is in the same parcel, the royal mail have fluffed it up and has sent it on a detour, so still waiting. I hope it does not go the same way the last larger parcel at xmas went, never got that one.

Having bought a number of different products I can't say which is the one that has made me feel so much better than I've felt for as long as I can remember, but I would swear by these products in general. Having Crohn's Disease I can't eat a lot of healthy foods as they kill me. Was intrigued by these so I thought I'd try them. So far so good. They've not upset my guts at all. I'm on Day 4 and they haven't aggravated the Crohns at all which is a bonus. Not used them long enough to notice any difference to anything but having Crohn's anything good to take which doesn't anger it is a win.

Just started taking this supplement, easy to take, along with some other Primal living supplements I must admit I am feeling much better in myself. Recommend anyone to buy from this company, you know exactly what you are buying. If you go into a shop, the product is just sat on the shelf, no explanations given how this might help you. I am very wary of buying something that I know nothing about. Nick, Rosie, Poppy are so clued up on the products they sell. I buy with confidence. You just cant go wrong.
