A pleasant looking ring but wishy washy in colour. The ones on screen looked more substantial in colour depth and carat size. The silver setting, however, was rather attractive.

I purchased this during a live auction, which advertised the agate in vivid pinks and purples. This was the main selling point. Unfortunately the ring I received did not even resemble the ring stones shown during the auction. It has no pink or purple tones at all. It is brown and grey! I contacted customer services and they told me all jewellery is sold with the clause that ‘colours may vary’ and said I could return it for a replacement. However when I searched for it on the Gemporia website I got a message saying the product code did not exist. I could have returned it for a refund but would have had to pay the postage, leaving me out of pocket This was a disappointing piece colour wise but the setting is nice. Other than this I have been very happy with other items and customer service received from Gemporia.
