Too soon to tell if they are having positive health benefits since I generally eat a diet rich in fruit and veg and probably don't need them. However, in the Winter I do need more vitamin D due to lack of sunshine so I hope these supplements will help.

I've only been taking them for few days so no major issues either way.
I gave marked it 3 stars because they smell and taste like Oxo 🤷♀️ and unfortunately they do repeat on me 🤭 won't stop me from taking them though, I just find it so random that I wanted to share. 😆

I tuned into the Lifestyle channel and became very interested in the vitamins and supplements on offer and was particularly impressed with the knowledge and information offered. I decided I would try this product and can truthfully say that it has given me more energy, both mentally and physically. I feel much happier and am able to complete a 45 min walk each day which is certainly of benefit. Great product.
