This was a replacement regarding an original purchase. Again, the replacement reflects the same problem and does not differentiate from the original which was returned. Again the workmanship is top notch. However, the Prasolite stone reflects a washed out coloring and comes across more so as a clear quartz when compared to the Iris Prasolite and Green Tourmaline pendant previously purchased. Being that I already have the pendant I intend on retaining both items and will ignore in my mind the comparison if wearing as a set or in the alternative perhaps best to wear separately. Hopefully, if worn together no one else would comment negatively. I do not intend to sink any further effort or funds into this situation. This has been the first time I have been disappointed with the Lehrer jewelry line. Singularly as individual items as to workmanship they are lovely, however, as a set for color comparison not as striking and have become in my mind a somewhat questionable purchase.
Although the workmanship is outstanding I am disappointed with the fact that there is no Prasolite color coming through. In my opinion it mimics a white quartz rather than a true Prasolite based upon the color displayed in the pendant.. The pendant and ring were purchased to wear together, however, this is not a possiblity. I had assumed being both items contained a chrome tourmaline the items would work together as a set like other Lehrer products.
Love the ring having it resized
A little disappointed so have had to return. Think the centre stone distracted from the rest of the ring. Will have to look for something in this range where the centre stone matches the main stone, probably will have to be a diamond inside a coloured main stone so that it is not to in your face, but at least it has narrowed my search to look for a different range of Glen Lehrer rings.
