This is very small and "very plastic". It looked larger and more substantial. Also, it seems that for the 12 month warranty you have to register by letter with states and send $6 if anything needs to be done. I will be contacting Gemporia direct too

Somewhere between it's good but I can see it's flaws now Im using it so I can see future improvements. First of all is does clean.. although it didn't clean one piece in particular as it was really mucky. This piece is in the pic section of this review.. hasn't been cleaned in about 3years so was thick with skin/perfume/beauty products. A tooth brush got it off better Lightly soiled items though, you can see the dirt cloud in the solution when the 2mins are up.. I did think it's was timed itself but no, you have to keep an eye on the time yourself. I own a lot of pendants. And unfortunatley you can't hang pendants from the hooks as their far too thick. The bales on necklaces are absolutely tiny as you know and I've even tried balancing it on the hooks on top like, laid down- but the vibration just shakes it off. It doesn't clean them at all :( I even tried attaching It to a chain and wrapping it round the hooks tightly and it just rattles loose. The instructions say to remove the lid and dangle items in from the 'S' hook. I did that with the aforementioned pendant and that doesn't work at all A. It needs to be completely completely still for the vibration to work- no humans managing that magic trick! and B. This machine could have come with thin, sharp interchangable dangle parts on the lid. Screw on/off. So's to attach slim bales of pendants I'm really dissapointed this wasnt forseen as a great solution to include ALL jewellery for cleaning!!! It's frustrating. I will keep it but will continue to clean pendants with soap and a tooth brush. Improvement NEEDED.

I am pleased with my purchases of jewellery cleaning products. It will be good to be able to care for my jewellery and keep them looking as good as new.

Brilliant device - works lovely

I've bought 4 of these, one for me and the others for my daughter, sister and daughter in law for xmas. They will love these! Tbh, I watched Ellis using this product and thought for the price a tad expensive. How wrong was I? I placed my diamond engagement ring in the bath with the solution and warm water, placed in the bath for around 4 minutes, rinsed under the tap after it's bath and WOW, how sparkly are my diamonds??? It's not often that I'm impressed nor that often that I give anything 5 ***'s but on this occasion I would thoroughly recommend this product. I'd never seen this La Sonic Bath before, but Gemporia, you've excelled yourself this time. Thank you :)
