It's a bit dull but I am waiting for a necklace to come and see what they look like together,if I don't like them I will return them ,when I receive the necklace been waiting for nearly 2 weeks thanks to DPD.

Well made piece with weighty silver but the stone was more opaque than that shown on TV and did not match the accompanying bracelet. A well made item but returned for refund.

I hadn't got time to watch the entire showcase so I rang the call centre and said I had seen one of the rings that had stones round the main stone, probably zircons. The call centre agent said they knew the one. I also asked for the dimensions of the actual stone. However, when the ring arrived I was just so very disappointed. The stone was small - I think the dimensions given me were for the ring itself including the settings, and there were no other gemstones, just the fuchsite quartz (incidentally this had been referred to as jade). Anyway, I have returned it for a full refund. I feel that lately the items are so magnified when the presenter is wearing them that you cannot get a full sense of the dimensions. I know this ring was a bargain price....so obviously you get what you paid, something that looks small and cheap. I am not a happy bunny as I feel that the huge magnification is totally misleading and I was also misled by the person I described the ring to.

Would love to rate but not received due to problems with Royal Mail, apparently when there are issues normally one has to wait 14 days! All well and good when one is charged upon despatch!!
