If you can’t find the repair option you need listed or think your repair might be more complex, we will be happy to send you a no obligation quote. Similarly if we find on examination that the repair is more complex than first thought, we will contact you before we proceed.

PRODUCTS NOT INCLUDED IN THE FIXED PRICE REPAIRS

Products made from 14K Gold, 18K Gold, Platinum and 9K/10K Gold that were bought for more than £150, should be sent to us for a quotation.

Our skilled goldsmiths will assess the work required and our quotation will be sent to you. In the event that you decide not to proceed with the repair, we will return your jewellery to you promptly and you will only incur a small P&P charge of £2.99.

Gemstones are precious. Not just in their rarity, but in the value they hold in our hearts. Every gem is unique and beautiful and deserves to be looked after. With the right care, any gem should last a lifetime or more and can be treasured for generations to come.

HOW CAN I KEEP MY JEWELLERY LOOKING PRISTINE?

All gemstones can be damaged through wear and tear. Make sure you check for loose stones or damaged prongs periodically. Always take your jewellery off whenever you are doing activities that might cause damage. Remember that household cleaners and chlorine in swimming pools can damage many gems.

Jewellery is best stored individually in a soft pouch or a box with compartments away from sunlight and where harder gemstones can’t scratch softer ones. Don’t forget that Diamonds can scratch any other gems or metalwork. Different gemstones need different care – remember that many jewellery cleaning products can harm softer, porous or organic gems. If in doubt, a soft moist cloth is suitable for cleaning any gem.

Returns

We are sure that you will love your piece of gemstone jewellery. But if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply complete the returns form enclosed with your goods and send them back to us for a full refund.

Can I return items that I do not want?

Absolutely. Whenever you buy jewellery from us you have the benefit of our 30 day guarantee, which starts on the day you receive your jewellery. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a piece of jewellery, just complete the returns form in the newsletter enclosed with your jewellery and send the item back to us for a full refund of the item price. Our 30 day guarantee is valid if you do not remove the identification tag that is attached.

How do I return faulty items?

If your jewellery becomes faulty within 30 days of receipt, you will be offered the choice of a refund or, if stock is still available of that particular piece, a replacement.

How should I return unwanted or faulty items?

Please complete the returns form enclosed with jewellery and send it to the specified address. Please send it back to us using a fully insured and trackable method of postage.

How long will my return take to be processed?

We promise to process your return within 30 days of receiving it. However, most of the time we process returns much quicker than this and aim to process them within 7 - 10 days.

On your dispatch note you will find a returns sticker with a barcode of your order number. If you make sure to stick this barcode on the outside of your returns parcel, we will scan the parcel when it arrives in our warehouse and send you an email letting you know we have received it and giving you an update on approximately how long returns are taking to process at that time.
