Random Acts of Kindness Day

| 2 min read

February the 17th is Random Acts of Kindness Day. We love this idea, so to celebrate, Gemporia took to the streets of Redditch and spread a little kindness.

We handed out gifts of £10, £15, £20, £30 and £50 vouchers to spend on our website to spread a little love and to spread the message that genuine gemstone jewellery needn’t cost the earth.

At Gemporia, we believe that beautiful jewellery shouldn’t cost the earth, nor should it be mass produced or run of the mill. But it should leave a legacy, for those who wear it and those who help to make it. That’s why we only use genuine gemstones and precious metals to make our jewellery in limited runs. It’s also why we work closely with The Colourful Life Foundation to aid communities where gemstones are found, educating and supporting them so they can grow as we do.

Random Acts of Kindness Day

Here at Gemporia, we only sell genuine gemstones, created by Mother Nature, in solid precious metals. We favour authenticity over imitation, limited runs over mass production and high quality over fast fashion. Due to the unique way we source our gemstones, cutting them ourselves where possible, we are able to offer our jewellery significantly cheaper than the High Street.

Our aim is to be original, inspiring and ethical. We want kindness to be at the heart of everything we do. So what better way to share our message than by celebrating #RandomActsOfKindnessDay. As you can see, we brought smiles to lots of faces around Redditch town centre and were very excited to receive their genuine gemstone jewellery vouchers.

But don’t worry, you haven’t missed out on the kindness – we have saved one £50 voucher for one lucky customer. Simply visit our Facebook page, share our #RandomActsOfKindnessDay video and comment with your random act of kindness to enter.
